It would have been great if it was as simple as visiting a psychic to get housing market predictions. All you would have to do is pay her fee and her crystal ball would predict the housing market. The housing market right now is undoubtedly on the rocks. Why? People don’t have enough money to invest in the market with the current financial woes. There are many housing market predictions out there. Most of them predict more or less the same thing; however, some are more accurate than others.
